Una fàbrica de galetes de Montblanc vol obrir-se al mercat xinès i portuguès

Montblanc (ACN).- Ja fa més d'un segle que Rifacli elabora galetes de manera artesana i manual. En els seus inicis la fàbrica es trobava a l'Espluga de Francolí (Conca de Barberà), però ja fa anys que es va traslladar a la capital de comarca, Montblanc. Amb el pas del temps aquesta petita empresa catalana s'ha anat modernitzant. Bona part del procés de producció s'ha automatitzat, però encara es manté una línia de productes fets artesanalment. Els clients poden degustar les galetes acabades de sortir del forn en una botiga annexa a la fàbrica. Rifacli ven anualment més de 500 tones de neules, carquinyolis i vanos a l'estat espanyol i França. El repte de l'empresa és recuperar el mercat portuguès i entrar en el xinès.
