Gas Natural Fenosa compra el parc eòlic Les Forques II a Passanant

Passanant (ACN).- Gas Natural Fenosa ha anunciat aquest dimecres la compra del parc eòlic Les Forques II, al terme municipal de Passanant (Conca de Barberà), que té una potència instal·lada de 12 MW i està previst que entri en operació comercial en el segon trimestre del 2012. La companyia ha fet aquesta adquisició junt amb un altre parc eòlic, a Lugo, amb una potència instal·lada de 42 megawats (MW). En total, la transacció s'ha dut a terme per 64 milions d'euros. Segons l'empresa, la compta d'aquests parcs "suposa un avanç en el creixement en el negoci d'energies renovables, en el que, en els pròxims anys, preveu duplicar la seva mida, instal·lant més de 1.000 MW de nova potència".
